HANOI， Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- As many as 95 artists from 113-year-old Britain's London Symphony Orchestra will perform on pedestrian street in Vietnamese capital Hanoi on March 4， according to local officials on Wednesday.

To Van Dong， director of Hanoi department of culture and sports， said on local Sai Gon Giai Phong (Sai Gon Liberation) newspaper on Wednesday that the program， which will open at 19:45 local time (12:45 GMT) on March 4， is scheduled to last for 105 minutes.

During the concert， Vietnamese audience will have chance to enjoy high art presented by one of the five most prestigious symphony orchestras in the world， said Dong.

The upcoming outdoor performance in Hanoi is part of Asian tour of the London Symphony Orchestra this year. The orchestra， established in 1904， delivers over 70 performances in Britain and over 70 others worldwide each year.

BEIJING， Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- The property sector saw a year-on-year growth of 8.8 percent in the third quarter of this year， according to official data released on Thursday.

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) released the GDP figures of different industries on Thursday morning. The data showed the property sector's GDP expanded 8.9 percent in the first three quarters to reach 3.5 trillion yuan (520 billion U.S. dollars).

Investment in the property sector rose 5.8 percent year on year in the first nine months， higher than 5.4 percent posted in the first eight months， and 5.3 percent posted for the January-July period， according to data released on Wednesday.

Amid the investment frenzy， over a dozen Chinese cities have introduced measures to cool overheated markets， which led to marked drops in sales.

While a drop in housing sales will add downward pressure on the economy， we do not really foresee a risk of sharp investment slowdown， and in the coming quarter China's monetary policy will be less aggressive than estimated， Zhou Hao， Senior EM Economist Asia with Commerzbank， said in a research note.

Thursday's data also showed the finance sector grew 5.6 percent in the third quarter and 6.3 percent in the first three quarters.

China's GDP growth remained at 6.7 percent in the third quarter， which kept the country on track to meet the government's target of 6.5 to 7 percent growth for the year. The economy expanded 6.9 percent in 2015， the slowest pace in a quarter of a century.

Five people have died after Dimitrious Gargasoulas， 26，allegedly drove his car through the pedestrian-only section of theBourke Street shopping mall in Melbourne at high speed last Friday，hitting dozens of pedestrians.

In the wake of the tragedy， Victorian Premier Daniel Andrewsannounced a fund for the families of victims， to which the stateand federal government contributed 150，000 U.S. dollars， andinvited Australians to donate to the fund.

As official donations to the fund topped 640，000 U.S. dollars onTuesday night， reports emerged that fraudsters were takingadvantage of the tragedy for their own profit.

A woman told Melbourne radio station 3AW that she was nearlyscammed by someone claiming to be collecting money for the BourkeStreet Fund.

The caller， known only as Mel， said she received a call from aman claiming to be from the City of Melbourne asking about her bankand credit card details.

When Men questioned the caller， he hung up.

SEOUL, March 30 (Xinhua) -- A South Korean court on Thursday ended the longest-ever hearing here on a warrant to arrest former President Park Geun-hye Nike Air Force 1 07 Mid Scontate , who was impeached earlier this month.

For security reason, Park rode to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' office Nike Air Force 1 07 Alte Scontate , a building next to the Seoul Central District Court where she appealed to a judge for her innocence for almost nine hours from 10:30 a.m. local time.

The 65-year-old looked tired for the long-running hearing, TV footage showed Nike Air Force 1 07 Scontate , as she was flanked by two female investigators to get into a black sedan offered by prosecutors.

The special investigation headquarters of the Seoul prosecutors' office, in charge with the probe into a corruption scandal embroiling Park Nike Air Force 1 Nere Bianche Scontate , said via text message that Park will wait for the court's decision at a temporary detention unit in the 10th floor of the office.

The decision is widely forecast to be made in the early morning hours Friday as a number of charges were levied at Park.
