BEIJING Cheap Nike Air Max Outlet , Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislature on Tuesday heard draft decisions to apply the newly-adopted National Anthem Law in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.

According to the bills, the National Anthem Law, taking effect on Oct. 1, will be included in Annex III of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) and Annex III in the Basic Law of the Macao SAR, which regulates national laws to be applied in the two regions.

UNITED NATIONS， Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- The president of the United Nations General Assembly， Peter Thomson， on Monday expressed his deep concern for the people of Haiti in the wake of Hurricane Matthew and called upon member states to respond to the flash appeal launched to assist the Caribbean nation.

"I am deeply concerned by the situation in Haiti， after the strongest Caribbean storm in nearly a decade hit the region last week. The storm has resulted in hundreds of people dead and has left more than 1.4 million in need of assistance in Haiti，" the president said. "We must act now and bring immediate humanitarian assistance to those who need it the most."

Aside from the human loss and the material damage provoked by the storm， Haiti is facing an increase in the number of cholera cases， as well as severe food insecurity and malnutrition.

"I urge all member states to respond with strong financial support to the flash appeal launched by United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs to meet the most urgent and immediate needs of 750，000 people seriously affected by Hurricane Matthew for the next three months，" he added.

KAMPALA, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- Health experts and scientists from Uganda, Kenya and the World Health Organization (WHO) are meeting in eastern Uganda to discuss ways of combating the deadly Marburg virus disease.

The experts meeting in Kapchorwa district Cheap Nike Air Max , the epicenter of the current outbreak in Uganda, will share knowledge on Marburg prevention mechanisms and develop common plans for cross-border surveillance.
