The adidas Originals Superstar is a sneaker
The adidas superstar is a sneaker that will NEVER go out of style no matter how much time passes by. The silhouette is cemented in history and will always be appreciated by fans of sneaker culture. Today we bring you a new colorway that bring this North Carolina vibes along with it as the shoes features an all-white leather upper with accompanying light blue accents on the three stripes branding and heel tab. Gold detailing can then be seen on the adidas branding on the tongue as well as on the "Superstar" writing on the side panels. Breathable mesh replaces what was once knit, making it a viable option as it warms up outside. A single elastic strap extends from the shell toe and loops around the vamp.
One way to instantly turn a shoe into a summer style is to deconstruct it, or pare it down to the most minimal of elements. Adidas has decided that the Superstar 80s is the perfect pair to pare down with this great new style. The adidas superstar 80s Decon gets a full leather build in two colorways with laser etched detailing. They come in either black or white, and the lone contrasting tone is the tan left from the laser burning away the leather elements. Even the shell is done in leather, which abandons the typical rubber toe that we are accustomed to.The adidas Superstar 80s Decon will be available at select Adidas retailers soon.
The adidas superstar bold has had many makeovers in its long life, but never anything quite like this. Exclusively for women, the shell-toed classic gets a thoroughly contemporary remodel in slip-on form constructed in a full mesh body with large ribbons running down the top of each foot creating a tongue loop at the top. Each ribbon is also tonally stitched with large "The Brand With the Three Stripes" text. Debuting in pink, black, and white with vintage off-white soles and shell toes, the Superstar Slip-On is arriving at select adidas Originals retailers now. If a Slip-On Stan Smith is more your vibe, consider the women's Stan Smith Sock Primeknit.
A new NMD model is expected to make its debut sometime next year. Today we get a first look at that said model known as the adidas NMD R1 STLT. This brand new version of the adidas NMD R1 comes constructed out of a Primeknit upper, but what really sets this pair apart is the decision to remove the Three Stripes branding from the side panels. From the look of things, the heel region, EVA inserts on the midsole and the Boost midsole itself remain unchanged. Above you will find a total of 5 different tonal iterations that have the model rock a brand new linear pattern all while placed on top of a White midsole. Releasing Spring 2018, stay tuned as more info on the adidas NMD R1 STLT begins to surface. |
