Nike Free RN Motion Flyknit 2017
Well, this summer  nike free 3.0 flyknit is on a mission to help transform mindless repetition into progress by getting Londoners to 'stop exercising and start training' with their free weekly Nike Training Club outdoor classes, which are taking place around our great city. And the good news for Time Out readers is that we've teamed up with Nike to offer an exclusive class to help propel you into summer and this new, more purposeful way of training. Taking place on the evening of Thursday May 11 in Hyde Park from 6.15pm, this HIIT-style workout will be led by NTC Master Trainers and includes various sport-inspired and partner drills to keep your heart rate up and improve your high-intensity workout ability.
The successor to last year's nike free rn flyknit, this is an evolution of the sock-like concept of the running shoe, replicating the unhindered experience of training and running barefoot. The 2017 version continues to have a minimalist design. But while the 2016 edition featured design enhancements (compared to its predecessor, the Nike Free) so that it could wrap better around the foot, the 2017 edition tweaks the near-seamless upper for extra strength and a bit more support. The 3D Flyknit mesh upper is what essentially defines the shoe's sock-like fit, and the Flywire cables wrap the foot for better lock-in by holding together the upper with the sole.
The combination of Flyknit and Free technology is at the top of the list when it comes to Nike runners. The shoe also features an extended collar/ankle and a Free sole unit down below. As you can see, this colorway comes done in Bright Crimson on the majority of the upper with subtle Black detailing on the upper and the sock-like ankle.

Finishing elements consists of a two-tone foam midsole unit in classic shades of black and white, which also doubles as an outsole for lightweight comfort. Furthermore, a tri-star outsole pattern in its respective hue promotes a natural stride. |
