Few people would dare to question Yolanda Foster's devotion to her daughter, and she has been forced to publicly address Bella Hadid's DUI. However, her daughter's arrest still casts a shadow over their celebrations. Hadid was arrested after skipping a stop sign and almost hitting a police car.
